The Sydney Fish Markets is one of the largest working fish markets in the southern hemisphere and one of the most popular Sydney attractions. The market draws over two million local and international visitors annually and is internationally acclaimed for its high quality of fish, seafood cooking schools and waterside restaurants.
As well selling the finest in seafood, the Sydney Fish Markets have a great selection of restaurants including Doyles at the Fish Market and Deep Seafood Cafe & Oyster Bar.
There is also a mouth watering choice of cafes selling freshly caught seafood, Italian food, Chinese cuisine and Japanese fare.
In 1989 the Sydney Fish Markets established the Sydney Seafood School. The classes incorporate seafood to create Australian, Italian, Asian and French inspired dishes such as seafood BBQ, Thai and sushi & sashimi.
